Gun Refunds

So question, Can i return a firearm if I only bought it a day ago and didnt put any rounds through it. The problem i am having is that i went to a gun store (wont call names) and bought a used mossberg .270. What i didnt realize as i am just kinda getting into the whole thing was that their used gun was $140 more than one brand new. Where do i go from here, gonna call them tommorrow but the receipt says no returns. Gotta tell ya i feel royally screwed at this point.

simplest answer would be to check with the commercial entity you purchased it from.

I'm pretty sure there is no refunds on firearms

especially if it says no refunds on your receipt... NO means NO.

However, if you feel scammed, then why wouldn't you put out their name?

this is why i said simplest answer.

if you want to return the firearm because you are unsure of its quality (i remember a guy on FSN got keltec to replace a broken firearm an effed up indepedent dealer sold him), you might be able to get you money back if you bitch in the right persons ear.

but if you are just broke, and want to have something else instead, you might be SOL

So i feel like an ass with this thread, starting ranting out of rage before i REALLY looked into everything. my knowledge was that the rifle i bought came with a scope when they are bought brand new, that is not the case but it has a badass tasco scope on it now. Soooooo yeah, figured i would straighten that out, feeling like an ass over here, lol. with that said i am heading to tenoroc saturday morning with the wifey if anyone would like to join
