New scope on my Remy 5R. What a difference good glass makes

Picked up a new scope for my Remy 5R. I got the Bushnell Elite Tactical 6-24x50 FFP. Upgraded from a Millett TRS-1. Big thanks to Spencer at SWUB Tactical for getting the scope to me quickly and at a great price.

Hit up the range the other day to get it sighted in and WOW I love this scope. Glass is super clear and love the turrets. Now for the pics

And here's what it's capable of with me at the trigger. 5 shot groups at 100 yards on 12x magnification. Granted 100yds isn't long at all, but a trip to manatee is in the works for next month.

how much was that piece of glass? i did not see on there site. i am looking for a nice replacment for my sako but dont need to spend arm and leg for a occational shooter/hunter

Goddamn u can save a bit more and be in swaravski (how ever the hell u spell it) or even low end zeiss. that is just alot of money for a bushnell scope IMHO they are not really know for there quality now a days

It's definitely not cheap glass. Mine is actually the FFP version which is this one

Bushnell has stepped up big time with their elite tactical and elite 6500 series scopes. These arent the bushnell scopes of a few years ago. They also offer a complete lifetime warranty tht's transferrable. I would put this scope up against anything but the highest end Hensholdt Zeiss scope and any of the Swarovski offerings. I'm very impressed with it. I have one of the new SWFA SS 5-20HD models on order as well that I'm going to compare to this one. My next scope purchase will be US Optics but for now the Bushnell is great.

Aksubie. I'm just shooting factory loads right now. Plan on getting into reloading soon though

i was deff not trying to mess up ur thread but damn step up there quality or not for ME i would rather spend same or tad more on a compnay that has been in biz a hella of alot longer and has way better rep. just my .02 tho but like i said nice glass non the less
