Taking tickets to court

Ok, I need an opinion, suggestion
One of my friends got pulled over about a month ago
he got three tickets, all from the same cop that claimed that he was
going 100 on a residential area. He took the ticket to court, the cop didn't show up but instead of denying the charges he pleded no contest, Dumbass
Does anybody know if he can possibly take it back to court.
At least they dismissed the points.

i think he screwed himself...my friend did the same thing, the best bet is to stay quiet...and let the judge do all the talking

I know that what an idiot
that's a $400 mistake
does anybody know if he can go back to court.
Even if the cop was there he still had a chance
since the cop had no proof of him speeding.
he basically burned himself.

Too late man. No way to go back and be like "What I really meant to say is not guilty"
