speeding.....court date.

just curious, i recieved a ticket for going 84mph in a 45mph zone.....can anyone tell me what i will be looking at getting when i go to court soon?

i have recieved non moving violations before and i have been to court for another ticket, but i never recieved a speeding ticket before.

backround...officer claims i was racing another guy, the "other guy" turned off and the officer came behind me, then said he feels bad for me since he didnt catch the "other guy" so he is jus gonna give me a speeding ticket instead of street racing or else he would have to arrest me and take my car.

i tried to tell him that he went after the wrong person because he must of clocked the wrong guy on radar, which is why the "other guy" cut two lanes to get off the strip....i proceeded straight, confident i did nothing wrong.....but typically the officer wasnt hearing it and slapped me with the ticket....

any suggestion on what to plea?

interesting....umm...genius....i admit to speeding but there is a difference from getting clocked at 10-15mph over the limit to 40mph over the limit/street racing....riiiight.....uh, yeah....anyways....

i do thanks for your input, but try again....or better yet, if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say it....but whateva, i accept all criticism here....once again thanks....

*sigh* i thought this was a forum for insight and help and such...guess its just filled with a**....almost feel sorry for rejoining......
