C class Mercedes

As the title mentioned im looking into purchasing the C class later on this year..perhaps the 08...I have already gone to the dealer to see the different options and stuff but i was wondering from all the existing C class owners out there is it a hard car to maintain.
I have heard horror stories that they are problem rides but i dunno...any feedback would be appreciated.

Well it is a first year car... i have an 05 and it has not been bad to me but is a little expensive to maintain( breaks you have to do rotors and pads together,oil changes are 120 each time). But the new C is beautiful and I will most likely trade in for a 09.

my mom got an 06 so far she loves it
Mercedes is awesome to her on maintenance and warranty issues
she has the maintenance package with hers and it seems to save alot in the long run
every time she takes it in for service she leaves it and gets a loaner car to take for the day

Also i suggest you buy from Central Florida Eurocars...best service in central Florida.
