Like V8 said, ASPCA is pretty dang good. I took 2 of mine to the OCAS too and they were good as well ( but idk if they are doing neutering right now because it's puppy/kitten season) so ASPCA is your best bet.

Can't speak for dogs or the ASPCA's in your area but to get the cat neutered they only wanted $40 . The catch was the next available date to schedule it was 5 weeks away. So you might want to make that appointment soon if you are considering them. I ended up shelling out $70 and had my regular vet do it the very next day.
