i have a flip out monitor for my car but it never came with a TV tuner. i have video inputs and an fm modulator to broadcast my sound. i was wondering if they sold a sepearte module that had outputs to take in local tv.

Such a device should be available, but I'm not sure where to get one locally. Check Crutchfield.
