SHit, there is plenety better then that. Try superglueing his tools to his box, sockets in the socket rack, blueing on the handles or on his tools, tack weld his tool box lid shut, that sort of stuff
I think the best prnk i have seen pulled was down in mexico. They emptied out a guys tool box, caught an iguna, and turned his box into a cage complete with grass, food and water. The guy about shit himself the next shift when he opened his box
