Hills...

Where are their some decent hills? Ill drive as far as clermont. Would rather have a destination though instead of driving around looking. This is for intervals btw. If need be I can go up and down the same set of hills over and over, wont bother me.

county road 455 coming out of montverde would be nice on a bicycle. howey in the hills - Google Maps I don't do the biking thing, but I love it on my motorcycle.

when you look up the location I gave you just adjust the terrain settings on the map to see the lay out of the land to give you an idea on the types of hills they have there.
everything else in central florida is boring and flat. lol

the only bridge that is worth imo is the sky bridge, and I am pretty sure cyclists are not allowed on it

yea, looking for something that I can get my HR up to about 190 (yes I have a high max), then back down to 120's on the cruise down, then turn around and do it again (a few times).

thrill hill. its in mt. dora. it is fun to drive on in a car going like 60mph. but on a bicycle you are asking to die...

452 is just northeast of that a couple miles.

we'll have to do it one day, would give me an excuse to visit my aunt and raid some antique shops in Mt. Dora for some lenses

Yea Ill do it with you, but that is to far for me to drive to do some hills. Im driving over to clermont today to drive around and search. Someone told me sugarloaf is a good start.

First thing that came to mind for me was Sugarloaf. If you ride with the Roadies they do a ~70 mile Sugarloaf ride that starts and ends in Windermere.

Try this in Clermont: Lake Lousia Rd turn right onto Hammock Ridge Rd and it turns into Citrus Tower Blvd. Citrus turns into Grand Hwy and ends at East Ave. You can turn around and do it again.
