About last night...

I was sitting next to a sorority-type girl in my Neuroscience class this morning. She was telling her friend sitting next to her how she had gotten completely shit-faced the night before and had damn near had sex with the chick who had gone out with her. She was pretty adamant about not being a lesbian or even into that kind of thing. However, she was describing how someone walked in on the two naked and making out.

I know that somehow girls can pull this off without being lesbians, but, as a guy, I find this whole thing strange. When I get drunk, I just become more of who I was before. I just end up making bad decisions regarding girls. It seems that girls can become something else entirely. Does anyone have any thoughts about this? How does this even work?

just like how girls use roe vs. wade to say how they want control over their bodies and its their CHOICE to do what they want.. She prob knew that the guys around her could hear her, she wanted the attention. The only reason it "works" is the double standard that society puts on it.. just like a women sleeping around with a bunch of guys is slutty, but if a guy sleeps around its fine, well if a women "messes around" with another women.. its "hott" and not seen as really being slutty, its seen as..exploring i guess. I drink. I dont go homo. But i will act incredibly gay. like wanting to cuddle. what man in their right mind likes to cuddle? what the ****. I also got drunk one time and stripped myself (alone) and folded my clothes neatly at the end of my bed not remembering a damn thing. when i saw that in the morning, i had to clintch my ass cheeks a second time to make sure nothing involutary occured.

On the same token, the same 'experimenting' is more acceptable because it's not as awkward as if you were to ask by being upfront about it. I'd say its relates to how she sees herself.

Her claiming that she's "not a lesbian" probably meant that she could never see herself in a relationship with another woman, (even though that incident proved a lesbian moment), she might have said that to avoid that judgment from her friend. Being drunk was just a 'Pass Go & Collect $200' opportunity for her.

Eh, I'm going to have to disagree with you. This happens all to often for this to be the case.
