correct carburetor

for a 331 stroker should be a well tuned 650 double pumper, yet i get such **** thrown at me because people are ramming down "omgz u need a 750 bg" or a 950... what the hell is that crap about ?

anyone with a 331 running anything over a 650dp - can you tell me why and what you have that warrants a 750 and if you saw any difference over a smaller carburetor? thanks

RPM range, head flow capability... all coems into play.

I have had a 392 inch big block with a 600 cfm on it- dump truck motor, no need for big CFMs as it didnt rev over 4400 lol... drastic example of the other end of the spectrum but you get the idea...
