Clutch Popping noise

Been goin on for awhile and cant figure out wtf it is..everytime i push the clutch in it makes this little pop noise..buggn the hell outta me

Check quadrant on your clutch pedal under the dash make sure the cable is riding in the groove. Mines been making a popping noise for a week now and i looked under the dash and the cable came out of the groove and broke the cable!!

on your pedal assembly, you have a clutch quadrant. its the little blue peice...if yours is stock its discolored plastic, but ultimately same thing. the cable rides in a groove, and attaches to the hooked end. check that!

Make sure the silver cable slides in the groove of that blue thing if not it makes a popping noise plus cuts the cable

First thing is find out where the pop comes from
Is it under the dash
Is it in the tranny
Is it at the tranny at the throw out

especially on a ford those are bout the only 3 places it can be. i would say its probably related to the cable, but at the same time i could be completely wrong! i doubt it but there is a chance. tanya i couldnt tell ya the first thing about civics tho...i would assume something similar to justins problem
