that's the little blower. with headers, ported heads(gasket match), or even a half decent set of heads, and a cam....you'll make a bunch more.

you buy the whole kit and it comes with everything to put it in and drive around. fuel pump, injectors, everything.

yes, a properly sized turbo is more efficient. meaning more power. But not by much usually. And the price gets absurd.
