    Where to buy Cherry Picker?

I am looking to buy an Engine Crane/Cherry Picker locally, I know Harbor Freight has them, but I am trying to look for one under 150$ including tax.

Yeah I wouldn't take their online prices as gospel. Prices are always different,e ven from store to store.

Now that really bites. I know those big rig motors don't weigh 2 tons but how much do they weigh?

know this wasn't a big rig motor, i was pulling it out from the trailer of one ... the BOL (Bill of Ladding) says ship weight was just over 600lbs, I had the crane set @ 1 ton ...

yes it is 600, I corrected it.

It tore at the welds "L" braces on the boom that attach/bolt to the base.

I'd sue, unless they didn't guarantee anything......$300 to $400 in damage is pretty hefty, and considering it dropped the motor, prolly better off buying an new one, that Vibration or shock cannot be good....
