Use this tread for any automobile issues, and where to go get repaired~!` I want to know from a mechanic what is wrong with my car, or what is that noise, or why is it doing that, what product to buy for best performance~!`

This thread is not taking away from your diagnostic that you Charge people at your shop, you can still do that. Because when you Answer someone’s question they probably go to you/shop to get that work done~!`

I have a 1996 Chevy Lumina 3.1 L L82 v6
My issue with my car is, It shacks driving down 45~50mph and when I creep up to the red light it shacks even more~!` Its coming from the front end~!` I bought the car from my cousin and he said the struts where bad in the front~!` Thursday after coming home from work the tire was making a thumping sound, it sounded like it was flat~!` When I got home it was not flat, but there was a big dent in my tire~?`

Click and clack on NPR the Car Talk Guys had a caller that had a similar shaking problem with his car and the brothers said it was a front axel~!` So is it the Axel that went or is it the struts ~?`

first thing to do is to inspect your tires. If you have a bubble in your tire, it's a very good indication there is something wrong with them such as separation inside the belts. If the tires check out, check their balance. If that checks out, check your alignment. A good alignment shop will tell you if you have a problem with ball joints and tie rod ends or other steering components that could be causing the issue.
