Throw it in the trash unless your going to use a wideband and tune it. Your using the correct ecu for the motor leave it alone if its a stock ass car

right now the car has dc headers 4-2-1 one piece, AEM cold air intake, 6.5lbs flywheel, and 2.5" piping till the resonator then 2.25" piping till the tip.

i am in the process of ordering a wideband and i do want to tune the car after i swap out the intake manifold and throttle body for the skunk2, skunk2 cam gear, and some internals such as the valves, springs, retainers, cam, and change all the seals in the head.

still throw it in the trash. i had every bolt on from oil pan to valve cover for my motor, went to get it tuned on a dyno useing a vafc, and they set my vtec point to stock.

So get all your bolts figured out get your head internals then throw it out. Get your p28 chipped and have it street tuned for real. Vafc's are a thing of the past buddy.

As much as i hate to say it, a vafc is out-dated now. They were great before chipping the ecu was so easy and cheap to do. I would just take the car to a shop to get tuned with a chip instead of tuning it with a piggyback.

If y'all aint got anything tech to say, then stay the **** out of the honda section

^this. a chipped ecu is like 100 bucks. a vafc used is like 50 bucks. the chipped ecu will go 100% farther then the vafc ever will.
