03 TIBURON HELP!

Good day all, I got a 03 that when its time to filler up, it takes along time to fill up. I have turned the hose in every direction and tried every delivery speed, and..it continues to kick it off at any angle or speed. I can not run fuel to the tank for more then 10-15 seconds and the nozzel kicks off.

I'm wondering if it's a vent tube on the gas tank or possibly the charcoal canister clogged or what.. Figured I'd try here since the tiburon forums don't have much activity.

best bet it to pull the tank and look inside, sounds like it may be clogged with something, had a similar problem a few years back on a civic and someone had sprayed the opening to the tank with foam sealer.
