I am moving back to orlando and have completed my EMT B class and want to continue on, but here in Texas there are ER Techs. They do the grunt work in the ER and I was wondering if there is anything like that back home in orlando.

Might try "ACT" positions in Orlandoheath. Advance clinical technicians they pretty much have the widest job description I've seen but they do most of the grunt work as well
