Housekeeper - FTHousekeeping The Housekeeper position performs the interior cleaning of all accommodation units to include studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, three bedroom lock offs and four bedroom units . This position will perform check out, new construction, renovation, annual maintenance, stay-over, mid week and trash and tidy cleans to the standards set forth by the resort. Cleaning and customer delight are the focus of this position.

Work is subject to review by inspection of grounds and effective completion of assignments


Laundry Truck DriverLaundry The Laundry truck driver assists the Laundry Services Department by distributing clean linen to the accommodation units and collection of dirty linen from all accommodation units and resort areas. Additional responsibilities include inspection of linen closets at various locations on the resort. This individual will assist the Laundry Services department special projects as required.



Retail CashierRetail Ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions. Work is moderately routine in that general policies can be applied to situations not previously covered. Moderate decision-making is required under limited supervision.


Marketing Receptionist other This position is responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Sales, Directors and Managers of Direct Marketing Sales, Indirect Marketing Sales, Sales Planning & Development, Specialty Sales Programs, Director of Sales Training, two Sales Trainers, the Office Manager and the Sales Administration Desk Supervisor. The position requires the ability to directly communicate with Sales Consultants, owners and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring efficient administrative operations, data entry, recording tour information, and answering incoming calls for the sales departments.

The Supervisor must have strong sales skills and will be held accountable for achieving budgeted revenue goals through merchandise and additional theme park and dinner show ticket sales. The Supervisor will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing the skill sets of the staff members.

Serves as an ambassador of goodwill and expert on golf etiquette. Will on occasion perform work in other outlets, and departments as business needs require.

Collector 1Accounting/Finance This position is responsible for all collection activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance and customer service. This may be done with the use of a predictive dialer system as well as working manually from lists provided. Areas of responsibility are Inbound, Outbound, Blended collections, Pending, Latitudes, Solutions and Recovery and Condo (Maintenance and Taxes). This agent must possess an adequate level of collections experience.
