This might be a scam. i was contacted by this guy from Sponsored Whips, saying i can get you 2-3k a month in sponsorships in the orlando area, if i pay $99 now at the nearest post office to get started on making all this money. I told him let me do some research and ill make my decision. He sends me an email about a 100% 30 Day Satisfaction guarantee in the email . Well i get a call back unexpectedly and i missed the call as i was feeding my dog and get a message saying, "Hey Will as a professional curtsy, if its something you don't want to do. Instead of giving us the run around, as a professional curtsy. Give us a call back and just let us know." Its funny as i told him i would call him back after i did some research and would give him a proper answer.

After some simple research, this is one link a=out of how many ppl talking about them scammed.

Sounds shady as shit, I wouldn't do it. I had a buddy with a 240 back in high school days who did something similar to this where he had to pay for a sponsorship and all he would get were discounts on shit like tint cheap mods etc etc.
