13b tranny fit 12a motor?

Yes im new to the whole mazda thing so help me out, would a 13b tranny fit a 12a motor? Does it bolt right up? Any modifications to make it fit?

If it bolts right up anyone selling a 13b tranny? My transmission on my car on every gear sounds like a supercharger lol, making that winding noise.

But anyways yeah please help me.

why not just get a 12a transmission

everyones been telling me to put a 13b tranny, oh its better, blah blah blah.....I dont know maybe I should just go with a 12a, but anyways would a 13b tranny fit?

Oh yeah and I know a guy that has like 3 13b trannys but he also doenst know if it will bolt on just right, dumb ass lol

FC trannys have longer shifter housings. If you have a known fb tranny, stand them side by side on the bell housing. The difference will be apparent.

ooook so thanks for your help, if you know anyone with a 13b tranny let me know, that guy I know has a few but I dont know if I wanna trust them, I want somebody to sell me one that they know it came out of a good running car

Why don't you just call up Kilo and ask him if it'll bolt up?

Yeah the bolt pattern is the same for both Bell housings, so it will bolt up, I just cant remember if the tail shaft fitment is the same to the DS. If anything it would probably be the S4 N/a tranny that would fit. I will try to take a look tonight.

yeah thats what I was thinking 13b non turbo motor tranny, thanks for your help, the more info, the better for me
