Saw one extended and lowered like that at UCF in the HPA bike parking lot. Looked pretty neat, but I'd feel scared to ride that low in Orlando traffic.

A lot of people get a 49cc and bore it out so they can legally ride it anywhere without the need of a motor cycle endorsement, plate, reg, etc.


I have always wanted to be part of a moped/scooter gang. Maybe I should start looking for one I can build up.

You do need a plate/registration even at 49cc moped
