He is telling a story about how he met this girl and he remembers it like it was yesterday. Then he said for the girl to go with him because he doesn't want to wait. Then the beat goes. Then he talks about what he is thinking about with her in kind of a sexual way and that she feels the same and want her to undress and stuff. Then he says she is crazy about him and he is falling in love.
Very nice track.
