Roommate needed

My b/f and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2/2 in the Village at Baldwin Park located in Baldwin Park. We are going to school, he will be starting law school in August and I will be graduating from UCF. I will be attending graduate school in January. We are looking to move around the end of July beginning of August as he will start in mid-August. We have two dogs (boxers) that are well behaved. If you are interested please let me know.

how much do you want, and what's included/required?

The rent would be $1246 split 3 ways and the utilities will be split 3 ways as well. As far as I know there is nothing included.
