A.G.'s 400whp pump gas EvoRed stock frame turbo, TTP tuned!

A.G. is no stranger to TTP. We have worked with him since the purchase of his used Evo some time ago where we helped him achieve some pumpgas performance on the stock turbo.
Fast forward to present. Used to the power his car was putting out after a while, he was ready for more. A.G. did his homework, asked TONS of questions :lol: and finally settled on his next few steps in performance. Insert EvoRed.

A.G. settled on the newest version of the EvoRed from Forced Performance. Complete with new water lines, turbo outlet gasket and oil feed line he employed us to make the swap for him. He needed a 3" to 3" intake coupler in order to mate his intake to the new larger 80mm intake of the FP compressor housing. He also was short a few turbo to manifold studs and bolts in which we had in stock. In short time we had the new turbo on and it was time to move on.
With the higher flowing Red turbo, we also needed additional fuel to keep up with the demands of the engine. A.G. opted for some 850cc injectors which we have available here at TTP. Once we installed the injectors it was time to get to work tuning.

Starting out at about 20psi the car jumped to life with about 352 to the wheels. After much modification to the ECU tuning, we achieved a peak boost of 29psi tapering down to about 26psi. A.G. employed the ETS 3.5" FMIC core to help reduce the hot compressor charge from the turbo. The ETS unit worked great in reducing the charge temperature enough to safely run this level of boost on the stock camshafts.
In the end the car settled at peak of 408whp on 93 octane which is good for our dyno EvoRed, on stock cams.
