I Am asking a serious question. if youve never heard of my previous situations, then you would question the reality of this situation.

i was jumped at a gas station by a gang and i had 3 reconstructive surgerys in gainesville and i sued the gas station company for a good chunk of money.

I have been having a string of bad occurences throughout my life that i cannot explain.

this is one of the few that im in.

back to the topic on hand.

We had a few people over tonight, and nothing happened of it.

My freind talked to the seminole county sheriffs office, and said someone called them and said that there were too many people living in our house than what was on the lease.

the cops had to "come out and take pictures" if that is true or not i don't know but thats what i was briefly told by one of my other roomates today.

our landlord parks her truck at my house and until the next week when i move my cars into my warehouse i have 4 cars at my house. that leaves 8 cars parked at our house at night.

Also, My landlords daughter revealed to me something that about someone who lives near us that I cannot say online. i think it may have something to do with why the police keep coming. My landlord does not seem to like the police, and is angered that "we" keep bringing them out here.

This leads me to believe there is more behind the curtain than I know. I am wondering what a legal standpoint I can do about all this as far as me being arrested, or an officer writing me a citation or getting a search warrant and tearing apart my house to find nothing. Like I said I invited the officer we called inside but he declined. (then again he is not part of the situation)

I have contacted my lawyer, and i am waiting for him to get back to me. As of now I am trying to figure out the name of the officer who has come by everytime. And ask him before he comes again and i file a haraassment charge what he is really doing.

I don't want to "sue" the police, i just want to make sure I am not penalized for someones misuse of authority.

those videos are not mine they will be up forever and are old and i can't say i have anything to do with them.

I am saying simply i dont have drugs at my house or committing any felonies in my house. I am not doing anything illegal is a broad term, me going 5 over the speed limit on the way school tomorrow is illegal.

i have 5 securituy cameras to protect myself, they record audio, and record our activites throughout the day, i would gladly give the recordings to the police at any given day.

Im not hear to argue that case though, i am asking for help, and saying that i am not a person out to get at the police get attention or popularity.

The people that try to ruin my credibility ruin these threads by not allowing any reasonable advice to get through to me in a situation that no one should have to be in.

haha,

cops did raid our house because we had a band, and found no drugs or anything illegal besides too many noise complaints and a few underage drinkers.

I moved our band to my warehouse and i have been trying to live in peace ever since.

EDIT: like i said in the original post, an officer looked up our address, and we do not have any sound complaints on record.

i don't think they want me. i think they are using me as a scapegoat to a bigger investigation. one they couldn't do without coming on our private road to get a look over our neighboors fence for something that is very dank. (who also used to work for the power company and who would know how to bypass power) thats just a shot in the dark.

i wouldn't go so far as to accuse my neighbor of having a massive grow operation though.
