Yah people comparing what a car should or shouldn't do gets old after awhile! Street and strip are two different things and there are so many variables. It's like why does a guy in a stock C6 ZO6 run 10.98@129 why don't they all do that...

When a specific platform is running say 9's on X turbo and car Y is running low 11's there is something wrong with either their setup, tune, driving ability, or possibly all of the above.

Then on top of that when the owner of car Y acts cocky as if their car is the $hit to owner of car Z who is running over half a second faster with a smaller turbo it only makes owner of car Y stick out like a sore thumb for criticism.

You can't be for sure what either car has, just because a shop says its running a certian platform, it could have a complete different bottom end, such as lighter rods crank etc. there is a reason why there car is running that, and there keeping it to themselves.

Buschur also runs a fully built bottom end with the best of the best. Full head work, and probably leaves some things out just so when people look at there car they can be if i buy those things I can run nines, but we all know its not that easy

There are plenty of non shop car average guys that are well into the 10's on 35r's which put out less power then the 6262. If you know the platform its common sense that there is something seriously wrong if a car is only running bottom 11's on that turbo even if they are on a 100% stock motor.

We'll I could say the same about my set up, there are a handful of C5 owners with almost the same mods as me trapping 5-7mph more then I do. Does it mean somethings wrong with mine, no every car is different, just some times you dont get the luck of the draw sometimes it comes down to the smallest things.

yes and no, MPH doesnt change must from driver to driver, unless the driver is really bad. But just race him in November, you have nothing to lose. I looks like you have the smaller setup, but runs faster then him so who knows. I've seen MRJDM run and the car is impressive, so I can't say anything other then I can't wait to see the race

yes alot of factors change from car to car .... ryu sir runs meth ... i run 1 fuel pump .. Your meth will make up for another fuel pump ... power curves , your power come's in very early compared to mine ..thus for being a little bit more launch friendly ..on the other hand , mine will bog or spin ... I get just about 2 weeks every 6 months to drive and "setup" the car before i go to the track (always went on street tires)... Is it a 100% when i get there ... maybe not .. But i just try for what ever i can get that night ..
I understand the 6262 should have more ... The guys making the huge power on it are built and running a .82 housing ... me .63 .. unless i get that turbo up to 40psi area .. not worth running it ... but it will be up there soon ..

The car feels good on pump ..25 psi.. and pretty nice on 33psi race gas .. im sure on a 40psi run low 10's are in the area with 140 traps ..(on built motor)

does the car trap more than 127 ????? well thats all its done at the track so i like to keep it that way ... have i beat 130mph cars ..???????
