ALthough they always fall off towards the end of the season, I say Spurs out of the Western Conference, and either Miami or Chicago for the Eastern Conference.

Boston is coming out of the east, I have no idea who's coming out of the west. Even though the Spurs' record is pretty, I don't think they can make it to the Finals. It will most likely be another Celtics vs. Lakers Finals.
