big brake upgrade thread

woudnering if anyone has supra, celica, camry, mr2, calipers off of their cars

if they could bring them to the meet this wednesday i'd liek to size them up against my mk1 mr2 calipers

i know mk2 brakes can be put on a mk1 with little modification

i have also seen mk2's with supra brakes, not sure how much modding this would take though.( you can see where this is going)

im also in search of gt4 front calipers, i realize their is no hope of getting these in the U.S., but if anyone knows of a engine importer who may have a front clip please tell me, or if you know someone who will get specialty parts from japan upon request and pre-payment that would help too.

imalso looking for ae92 twin pot front calipers. anyone been to the junkyards lately and spotted a early 90's geo prizm or corolla?

there was a thread about using supra brakes on mk2s on the mr2boards.....basically said your better off with good rotors and pads and stainless lines....

yep, but using them on a mk1 would be quite a upgrade.

so are the supra's bolt on for a mk2?

also, does anyone know the which year landrcruiser used the front 4 pots
