Sell me your car w/payments?

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell their car with payments. I get paid weekly so paying off bills is not an issue.

The reason I need payments is because my car still runs but is on its last limb and I figured I should start looking into another vehicle.

What Im looking for:

5 speed
Sedan preffered/coupe is fine

Because he's got bad credit and can't get approved, so he thinks he can convince one of us to do it.

Only way I would do this, is to have him sign a payment contract, and a separate bill of sale for my records, and keep the title, and cancel my insurance. That way, the only contract he has is to continue paying me, and if he gets in a wreck and someone sues, I've got a bill of sale indicating I signed over the title (that I would throw away) and relieve me of liability.

This is exactly the situation. I have no outstanding bills but I was that kid who did not listen to my mother when she told me about credit cards when I turned 18, essentially I ruined my credit.

So explain to your mother that it's her fault that you were ignorant, and that she needs to put the car in her name.

It worked for me. My mom lost my college fund in a high stakes poker game, so I told her she had to max out her credit cards to give me the loan to start my business.

Lol now if only her credit was good, if I dont find anything Ill just have my girlfriend cosign, I just didnt want to go through the hassle of paying a car off while im driving it due to insurance being a killer. If I get a private sale, I can pay the car off, pick it up afterwards and then register it as normal.

You should have mentioned this explicitly in your original post, it doesn't read that way. This basically transfers all the risk from the seller to yourself.

If I had a spare car I'd gladly sell to you under this arrangement. You run the risk of the seller bouncing out and stealing whatever money you've paid so far, continuing to drive it, etc. Make sure if you find a deal under this arrangement you agree on a certain mileage. I think the best case would be someone who can keep it garaged and dormant while you pay it off and you have the keys, perhaps even the title as long as you have a bill of sale.

The truck has a history. The kid i bought it from hit rock bottom and picked it up on a deal from his work, drove it for a couple of years just to go into the army where he is well up in the ranks now. He sold it to me when i hit rock bottom and i drove it for a couple of years and now i have a during, a jacked up truck, and a BMW . Not to mention a few other toys. The truck needs tires which i can do for another 200 . It has a small oil leak 1qt every 3k miles. Has 17xk on the clock and with tires id drive this truck to Calif and back without thinking twice.

89 first off, long time no hear, how is everything? I would consider the blazer but I am looking for something more economical, blazers are nice but im just not a truck guy.

I was looking for something in the 4 cylinder range, I was looking for a Sunfire or Cavalier 5 speed, anything in this class im highly interested in especially if its one of those two cars.

dude go to a buy here pay here.. they dont care about credit.. i seen people with 2 repos and 50k in debt walk away with a car... there are like 20 out on there on E.50..
