Where is a good spot to get my car aligned? It need to have at least a low rack or in ground, my car barely clears speedbumps!

first thing I buy on a vehicle is a lifetime alignment from firestone. Found over the years, they are better than most and well paying for an alignment once and getting it for free with an oil change when your lazy ain't half bad. just make sure you get the first alignment with an all stock car.
PRS does a great job... if they feel you have the money to make it worth their time. I went to them for an alignment after getting coilovers, since I track my car, and felt like they didn't even want me their because I wasn't driving an Evo/Supra/Porsche/STi with $10-20k in it. Wouldn't even give me the slight toe-in I requested (that's the only thing I wanted past spec) nor could the give me a print out on what they DID set my car to. Had plans to use them for other stuff both on this car on my project which is close to being back on the road.
They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy an alignment from them. I don't appreciate that.
If your car is so low that it barely fits over speed bumps or wont fit on any alignment rack why even bother getting it aligned? If it's that low it probably has something stupid like -3 degree of camber and needs that so it wont rub.

Whats wrong with camber ? I run a shitload of camber on the front of my cars and still street drive it, 90% of the people lowering their cars don't have a good enough understanding of suspension geometry to understand whats really eating up the insides of their tires.
As far as local alignments go I'd go to Scott Branham over at Rev Works. He was previously with PRS and did many of the great alignments people speak of but went off to start his own shop. He's had my GT3, our Lambo, a few Supras, and quite a few of our other big name projects on his rack and is well trusted.

Yep saw your car, looked real good.
Same to you, your car has came a long way. Tell me your running BCs because that picture almost looks like an ad for them.
